Many layers of liquid paint were applied over several hours while the canvas was shaken and turned around. This creates an organic movement as the paint colors blend and flow together.

I've been making wishes on the full moon for the last two years and it's crazy to see how much has come true ✨🌑✨ Last month I wished to be reunited with my Jeep and it came true within days! 🚙 This start of Leo Season feels super intense already. I know I'm not the only one experiencing this alchemy of the heart feeling 🔥💛💥 So much good stuff to read about what's going on in the stars this month, I especially love this part of @chaninicholas post "May we each find our place upon the stage of life and do our part with confidence, generosity and the kind of glamour that befits the kind of soulful royalty that we are." Some other favorites are the @astrotwins and @wildwitchofthewest (also my astrologer, she's the best!) Art by the one and only @mysticmamma ✨🦁✨ PS. This month I want to connect with other creatives in Oregon and Washington (possibly as far as Vancouver) so if you know an artist, designer or maker I should meet in the Pacific Northwest please let me know! I'm especially interested in studio tours so I can feature rad people in their creative environment 🙏🏽⚡️🦄
Well then. I wasn't sure when would be the right time to start sharing my art again, but now feels as good a time as any! This beautiful Instagram community was built on a love of art and sharing. Which is why I've felt ashamed and confused the last year as I migrated the reality of not creating art. I took a long break. It was kind of scary. Even though deep down I knew it was so necessary. And that I'd be back. It's been a part of me since the very beginning. My original "identity" - I AM AN ARTIST. Which made everything that much more confusing. Until all of a sudden it wasn't. Breaks are good people. Surround yourself with incredible humans. Love them dearly. And then, when the time is right, make art. It's pouring out of me again. I can't stop and can't wait to share what I've been up to. And thank you for your support, all of you. Community has become a major value in my work and it's taking me to places I only dreamed of. 🙏🏽💙🌈
